PARALLAX UI Icons is the interface set we drew for our own game and are releasing for other projects. It covers the screens a systems-driven game actually needs: missions and deadlines, intel and evidence, money and rent, conversation and voice, and the ordinary controls behind every menu.
The icons are filled silhouettes rather than outlines, with a cream body and a fixed amber accent on most of the set. Both the vector source and ready-made PNG sizes are in the pack.
Free for personal and commercial projects. No attribution required.
Most icon sets stop at the universal things — a gear, a house, a magnifying glass. This one goes further into the screens a simulation or narrative game actually ships, because it was drawn against real ones.
The body of each icon is cream and the accent is a fixed amber. In the SVG the cream paths use currentColor, so they inherit whatever colour your interface sets, while the amber stays put. That is deliberate: the accent marks the part of the icon that carries meaning, and it should not drift when the surrounding text colour changes.
Forty-eight of the sixty icons carry the accent. The remaining twelve are single colour by design, mostly the plain controls where a highlight would be noise.
Every icon sits on a 24 unit grid but is scaled between 17.7 and 20.0 units depending on how dense it is, so a heavy silhouette does not overpower a light one when they sit side by side. Nothing crosses the 20 unit trim area.
The intended floor is 32 pixels. These are filled shapes with real internal detail, and below that size the denser icons start to lose their silhouette — reach for a simpler icon rather than shrinking these further.
The full download contains the vector source and ready-made raster sizes, plus a manifest mapping every id to its name and category.
Use the coloured PNGs when the brand colours are fixed, and the single-colour set with a tint when the colour is driven by game state — rarity, urgency, availability.
These icons are AI-assisted. We started from our own sketches and direction, used a generative tool to produce candidate designs from them, and then redrew and corrected the results in Illustrator — trimming detail, aligning every shape to the 24 unit grid, scaling each icon by optical weight and reducing the palette to two tokens.
We say so plainly because you may need to know: some storefronts, publishers and clients ask, and finding out later is worse than reading it here. Every icon in the pack went through manual correction, and the set is used in our own shipped interface.
